Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the original, unopened fragrance bottles into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new scent within 5 business days.
